      BANANACUE
      7-10 Saba bananas as you like, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, Canola oil

      Light to medium heat canola oil in a pan just enough to cover about half of the bananas.
      Once the oil is warm, liberally sprinkle in half of brown sugar and wait until the sugar                starts  to caramelize.
      Add bananas into the medium hot oil on top of the caramelized brown sugar.
      Continue to fry and turn bananas, sprinkle the remaining sugar when bananas almost              cooked.
      Depending on the size of the bananas, can take about 8-10 minutes to get cooked.
     

TORON

Saba banana dusted with brown sugar, ripe jackfruit slices, rolled in a spring roll wrapper and fried till the wrapper is golden brown and crisp.

1 ripe mango

1  cup unsweetened almond milk or 2 cups as desired

1 cup vanilla yoghurt

1 tsp honey or as desired for sweetness
