                                                  Perfect!
This book is a fantastic introduction book to anybody who's interested in a yogic lifestyle. It starts with a simple breakdown of daily practice, meditation, yoga, and simple lifestyle changes that you can do. But as it gets deeper, it begins to lean into things like anti-aging foods that are important to eat and practices that you should do in your daily life depending upon your age.
I also appreciated that the author went through significant effort to make sure that the things that they were writing were grounded in science or at least referencing scientific studies that supported what they were trying to portray. They also highlighted that it wasn't about just one religion but was reflective of all which I think is really powerful.
I would call this an approachable version of Tibetan Book of the Dead and highly recommend getting it if you are interested in changing your lifestyle to be healthier.

                                               Good book
I enjoyed this a lot. Contains some great reminders and also some new insights. I liked that there was traditional mantras included in the chapter on affirmations. I was reminded of the gayatri mantra which i used to chant daily for a long time and for some reason stopped
